Ajay Negi’s All-round show helps Goswami Ganesh Dutt Club win in DDCA Under 16

 

Goswami Ganesh Dutt Club defeated Malviya Cricket Club and secured four points in the league stage of DDCA Talent Search Under 16 Tournament. Ajay Negi was the star of the day for Goswami Ganesh Dutt Club as he was both the highest scorer and highest wicket taker for his team.

 

 

Batting first, Goswami Ganesh Dutt Club was all out for 193 runs in 34 overs. Ajay Negi top scored with 42 runs. Jaskirat Sachdeva contributed with 29 runs. Raj Singh captured 2 wickets for Malviya Cricket Club.

 

 

In reply, Malviya Cricket Club could not withstand the deadly bowling by GGD Club bowlers and folded for just 66 runs in 25 overs. Gurmehar top scored with 23 runs. Ajay Negi and Nikhil Kumar returned with identical figures of 3 wickets for 13 runs.
