Played at the iconic wankhede stadium,  it was a match between two strong sides namely Sind Sports Club and Dadar Union where in Sind SC won the toss and elected to bat first with an aim of scoring a decent 1st innings total.

Their decision to bat first seemed to be correct as they made a very competitive total of 315/9 declare in 70 overs. Even though the top order failed to create any impact, it was left handed Alpesh Ramjani at no.5 who scored a terrific ton scoring 104 off 149 balls (6fours, 3sixes). Coming in at no.5, Alpesh resurrected the innings for Sind SC and brought his team back into the game. What’s more he also stitched a match winning partnership of 165runs with the aggressive Aditya Dhumal who also played a gem of a knock coming down the order at no.8 to score 92 off just 97balls(7fours, 1six). Aditya who played at a very healthy strike rate of 96 kept the scorecard ticking while it was their partnership which changed the script of the game. From the bowling side, fast bowler Siddarth Raut was the pick of the bowlers taking 4wkts for 72runs in his 21 overs.

In reply, Dadar Union were all out for 185/10 in 57.2 overs where in Rohit Rane and Siddarth Raut top scored with their respective 30’s down the order.
