Arjun Mishra’s all-round exploits helps Passion for Cricket win over DRS in the Cricket Adda T20 Cup 2017

Played at the Cricket Adda Sports Ground at Gurgaon in Haryana, Passion for Cricket & DRS took on each other where in P4C won the toss and elected to bat first in order to make a big total and put the opposition under pressure.

Batting first, P4C made a decent, in fact a competitive score of 168/7 in 20 overs which is defendable on any part of the day. Even though their top order failed but Jumeet Singh and Jitendra Bhati chipped in with 31 & 35 respectively at no.4 & 5. Arjun Mishra at no.8 with his 9ball 32(1four, 4 sixes at a S.R of 355.10) changed the script of the game in the slog overs helping his team reach 168. The bowlers did a good job with almost every bowler chipping in with wickets.

Chasing 169 at more than 8runs per over, Delhi Royal Strikers felt the pressure of chasing as they managed to score only 140/8 in 20 overs. Arjun Mishra who already made an impact with the bat was also the leading bowler taking 3/14 with 1 maiden in his 4 overs.
