Even though it wasn’t the best of the starts by the Muslim United Boys as they lost 3 quick wickets but it was Tushar Srivastav who rescued his team out of trouble scoring a well fought and a hard working knock of 85 off just 89balls. Scoring almost run a ball, Tushar smashed 13fours and 2sixes to resurrect the Muslim United innings and help them score 209 in 51.2 overs. Right arm fast bowler Aavishkar Salvi was impressive in his bowling spell of 5/43 in 14.2 overs where he kept on bowling in the right areas at a consistent pace.
Parsee Gymkhana on the other hand scored 147/6 in 23 overs before the end of the game’s play. Aggressive opener Bravish Shetty showed what he is capable with the bat irrespective of the pitch conditions as he scored a dominating 92* off 71balls(9fours,2sixes). Playing at a strike rate of almost 130, Bravish kept on attacking the bowlers at will while the rest of the batsman from the other end kept on giving their wickets. The match ended in a draw but we got to see a great display of batting under tough conditions by Tushar and Bravish. Cricketgraph congratulates both the boys while wishes both the teams luck for their upcoming matches.
