Played at the Karnatak Sporting Association, Cross Maidan in Mumbai, it was a match between Chembur Gymkhana and Young Parsee CC where in Young Parsee CC won the toss and rightly elected to bowl first.

Young Parsee bowlers were extremely spot on with the ball as they literally skittled out the batsman for just 33 runs in 28 overs. Right-arm medium pacer Kishore Waghela who is an experienced warhorse in professional cricket showed his worth with the ball as he bowled a brilliant spell of 6/17 in 11overs(4 maidens). Kishore hit the deck hard and consistently bowled in the right areas to trouble the batsman which eventually reaped rewards for his team as well as for himself.

In reply, Young Parsee CC declared their innings at 98/6 taking a lead of 65runs with Yash Tandel top scoring with 37. Chembur Gymkhana in contrast played really well in the 2nd innings scoring 101/3 before the end of the game’s play. Young Parsee CC won the match on 1st innings but it was Kishore’s bowling spell which was the highlight perfomance of the innings. Cricketgraph congratulates Kishor while wishes luck to all the players for a great season ahead.
