Leg-spinner Shivam Nevarekar takes 4/9 vs Avinash Salvi foundation in the U-13 Achievers Cricket Academy Tournament

Avinash Salvi Foundation & Achievers Cricket Academy faced each other for a crucial face of at the CRWA ground in Mumbai. Avinash Foundation won the toss & elected to bowl first with an aim of putting the opposition under pressure.

Batting first, Achievers Blue managed to score 84/8 in 20overs on the board. Rehan Moble & Rahul were the leading scorers smashing 28 & 17 respectively but hardly any batsman could convert their good starts. The bowlers also did a good job bowling economical spells & taking wickets at the right time.

Chasing 85, Avinash Foundation were all out for just 46runs. Thanks to some wonderful bowling by the Achievers blue bowlers who bowled really well together. Leg-spinner Shivam Nevarekar was the pick of the bowlers confusing the batsman with his effortless spin coming up with terrific bowling figures of 4/9 in 4 overs which helped his team win by 38runs. Rahul also took 2wkts while the rest of the bowlers chipped in with a wicket each.

Cricketgraph congratulates Shivam who was also declared the best bowler in the tournament as he took 8wkts in those 3matches. Shivam certainly looks promising & Cricketgraph wishes all the luck for a bright future ahead.
