Parth scores 99 while Arpit Dhadve continues his splendid form with another ravishing 104 in the MCA Inter-school U/14 Tournament ‘18

This boy is certainly on a roll, just fresh from a great series in the Vasai Colts where he notched up 337 runs in 5matches with a best score of 147. Arpit seems to be not done yet with his purple patch as he has continued the flow in Inter-school tournament too smashing his 4th ton in the last 3months. Played between National English high School and Abhinav Vidya Mandir School at the Sainath Sports Club, NES won the toss and elected to bat first on the back of their strong batting line up.

Batting first, NES posted a very good total of 301runs in 41.2 overs and once again the pick of the batsman was their premier no.3 Arpit Dhadve who went on to score a scintillating 104 off mere 74balls. The way Arpit was hitting the ball and confidently developing his innings was really evident by the fact that he is in a different zone right now. Smashing 13fours and good running between the wickets, Arpit kept the scoreboard the ticking. Dhadve also indulged in a mammoth 191run stand with Parth Naik who just fell one run short of a classy century. Parth was equally destructive smashing 10fours and 3sixes wherein he took just 71deliveries to reach 99. Harsh Sujar dismissed him on 99 but it was never the less as good as a ton.

Defending 302, NES bundled out Abhinav Vidyamandir School to just 125runs where in all-rounder Parth Naik was the pick of the bowlers too taking 3/20 while the rest of the bowlers also did a terrific job. NES school won the match by 177runs and it was definately Parth and Arpit who stood out and dominated in the match.
