Nitin Solanki who took 5wkts in the 1st innings

Their decision to bowl first was completely spot on as they restricted Chembur Gymhana to just 44runs in 16.4 overs in the 1st innings. Both the spinners teamed up and attacked in tandem reminding us of the old days of Kumble and harbhajan. Nitin with 24wkts in 9innings and Yogesh with 16wkts are certainly proving to be the strike bowlers and have turned into an asset for their team Bluestar.

In reply, Bluestar declared their innings on 114/6 in 26overs where in Suraj Lalwani was the pick of the bowler with 4/32 in 11 overs. Manoj took 3wkts while Nitin(2wkts) and Yogesh(1wkt) also chipped in the 2nd innings too taking their combined tally of wickets to 13 in the match. Bluestar CC won the match on 1st innings and it was certainly Nitin and Manoj’s bowling which remained the standout perfomance in the match.
