Talented left handed batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal continues to impress the selectors with his consistent performance with bat. Playing for Rohit Sharma eleven team, Jaiswal scored mighty 275 on the second day of the ongoing Under-16 Payyade Cricket selection tournament against Dilip Vengesarkar Eleven.
His innings were decorated with 37 boundaries and 5 MIGHTY sixes. Everyone was hoping for a triple hundred when Jaiswal came onto bat on the second day however he got out after adding a run the next day.
Yashasvi Jaiswal was selected for the Under-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy however given the strong line up, Jaiswal was unfortunate to not get an opportunity to play a single match.
Jwala Singh, coach of Y Jaiswal said to Cricketgraph “We are working very hard on every aspect and it should be a matter of time till his hard work gets rewarded”. He was beaming with pride on this new feather being added on Jaiswals cap.
