Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA)  has Organised “Liberal Shield Cricket Tournament 2017” is MCA Lower Division Club level Cricket tournament played with leather ball starting from 5th February, 2017.

Format – League Cum – Knock Out Matches

All Mumbai Cricket Grounds (which come under MCA)

TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION FOR- 
All Mumbai’s Lower Divisions Club Teams (Which are registered Under MCA)

Eligibility- 
Only Mumbai’s Lower (C to G) Divisions Teams can take part in this Tournament 
And All Players & Teams in this tournament should be in registered Under Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA)
Player which are played A and B division MCA tournament matches they are not allowed to be played in this tournament.

RULES & REGULATIONS – 
Tournament held by “Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) ” Mumbai. All mumbai’s Lower (C to G) Division teams & players can take part in this tournament. This tournament played with leather ball. Every Teams has to be present at the ground at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start of the match. Umpire Decision will be final and binding. Rules & Regulation of the tournament will be discussed in advance by “Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) ”. Matches will played on Weekdays and Weekends. The schedule will be given in advance. The Organizers will appoint umpires & Scorer for all matches. All Matches played in Mumbai’s all cricket ground which is come under MCA and all this matches played only in Day. Maximum points wins and net run rate will qualify for the quarter final knockout rounds. Winner Team get Trophy and Certificates and Medals.
