Another dominant batting display by the MIG batsmen has established them as a force to reckon with. After winning the toss, Karnataka SC elected to bowl first, ultimately this move backfired as MIG scored a total of a whopping 458 in 70 overs losing just 5 wickets in the process. Varun Lavande hammered 132 as southpaw Sheesh Shetty scored 116. After two initial centuries, Vishant More (82) and Om Keshkamat (63) provided MIG with a powerful finishing touch, helping them reach the massive total.
In response, Karnataka SC put up little to no challenge against MIG. Karan Vashodia scored 75 but it wasn’t enough. Shivaji Yadav from MIG picked up 4/36 to seal the game in the 51st over as Karnataka SC were bowled out for 227.
