Anand Bais’111 & Dinesh Salunkhe’s all-round show steers Pandurangwadi CC to a win in the G Div Kanga League’19

Pandurangwadi CC batting first on Young Maharashtra CC wicket registered a healthy total of 230/5 in 34.5 overs. After a decent opening start, it was Ranji Trophy Player Anand Singh Bais stamping his authority with an enigmatic knock of 111 runs in mere 99 balls. It was a stroke laden innings laced with 11 silken boundaries and 3 sixes as he dominated the bowlers upfront. Dinesh Salunkhe coming at no.6 gave the finishing touch hitting a quickfire 13 ball 24* (2 fours, 1 six).

Young Maharashtra CC in reply scored 170/9 in 39 overs escaping a narrow defeat as they had one wicket in hand at the end of the game’s play. Dinesh Salunkhe was the pick of the lot with the ball too coming up with 4/46 in 13 overs with 3 maidens.

The match ended in a draw but it was certainly Pandurangwadi CC which looked more dominating throughout the match.
