Back to back wins for Central Bank in Times Shield’20

Central Bank of India Cricket Team to their second convincing victory over PWD Sports Club by 8 wickets in the prestigious Times Cricket Shield Tournament

PWD Sports Club won the toss and batting first were restricted to 116 runs in 38.2 overs by Central Bank with the fine display of bowling performance by central bank Captain Ratan Sharma left arm spinner – 9 Overs 5 maiden 10 runs 3 wickets, Vishwajit Jagdale – 9 overs 17 runs 3 wickets and Riyaz Khan – 9 Overs 39 runs 2 wickets.

Central Bank reached the target of 117 runs in 28.2 overs loosing only 2 wickets.

Most consistent Vishwajit Jagdale played another fine inning of 49 not out in just 28 deliveries with 7 fours and 1 six and Shardul Pawar played equally supportive inning of 38 not out. With their unbeaten partnership of 71 runs Central Bank convincingly beat PWD Sports Club
