Deven Dhruv’s 32 ball 65 helps Kusum Warriors win the Somira Patan Premier League’19

Kusum Warriors electing to bat first posted a very competitive total of 189/7 in 20 overs. Despite a dismal start to their innings, it was their all-rounder Deven Dhruva at no.4 who changed the game with his blazing knock of 65 runs in 32 balls. Deven went all guns blazing playing at a strike rate of 200.00+ wherein he smashed 6 fours and 4 sixes. Skipper Sahil Shah also gave a brilliant came in the death overs hitting a 22 ball 42 with 7 fours and a six.

On the other hand, SPS Superstars despite a good partnership of 108 runs between Kanishka Panalal (53) & Jigar Shah (51) somehow could not manage to keep up with the required run rate as they could only reach a total of 161/3 in 20 overs. Harsh Shah down the order tried his best with a 19 ball 38* but it was Kusum Warriors which clinched a win by 28 runs.
