Harsh Mendon & Ajit Yadav steer Dadar Union SC to a win in MCA U22 Tournament’22

Dadar union SC won the toss and elected to field first against bombay gymkhana.Batting first Bombay gymkhana managed to put up a total of 161 on the board. Top order failed to put up a show, all credits to harsh mendon for his economical spell of 3 wickets for 19 runs from his 5 overs. Middle order batsman Harsh Mogaveera of bombay gymkhana scored 57 runs which included 6 fours and a six and  made sure his team got to a fighting total. Zaid Patankar and Sagar chabria too bagged 3 wickets each and helped in restricting the opposition to a low score .

In reply Dadar union SC managed to chase the target in 35.5 overs but they too had a difficult time in between as they lost 9 wickets ,middle order batsman Ajit Yadav steadied the ship for his team and played a match winning fifty. Coming at no.6, Ajit Yadav scored 59* off 75 balls, a calm and composed innings to push Dadar Union SC to a close shave win.
