Kensington Cricket Club India emerge Silver Champions of JFSC 40+ League’22

Played at Fatima Cricket Ground in Mumbai, the all important Silver Finale took place on 22^nd May, 22 where in Evershine XI opting to bat first could not make much of an impact scoring 126/10 in 20 overs. Even though only 2 batters managed to score in double digit, it was Ravi at no.5 scoring half of the team runs with 64 runs off 37 balls smashing 5 fours and 5 sixes. From the bowlers, Sam Sawant (2/24) and Roshan Shetty (2/24) were the pick of the lot.

Kensington CCI in reply chased down the score successfully crossing the victory line in the 17^th over and winning the match by 8 wkts. Kunal Chandawala (28*) and the ever reliable Tenzing Niyogi (45*) played the finishers role scoring important knocks for Kensington Team and helping them win the finals to emerge the Silver Champions of JFSC 40+ League. Tenzing Niyogi was declared ‘Man of the Match’
