MCC cricket team headed by Vinayak Samant to participate in International cricket tournament in Malaysia
Mcc-jwala sports foundation will be participating in four nation international inter club tournament in Malaysia from 19 to 26th September 2016.
Here is the list of players of MCC Cricket Team- Vinayak Samant(C),Parag khanpurkar,Vidyadhar Kamat, Karan Nande, Swapnil Salvi,Pushkraj Chavan, Javed Khan, Moh.Amir, Manish Vishkarma, Harshwardhan, Yash Tandon, Vaibhav Chaudhary, Govind Mittal, Raghav Datta and Coach jwala singh.
Other participating teams are from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the host team from Malaysia. Interestingly teams from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka could have some international cricketers as well playing the matches.
The International Inter Club Cricket tournament is organized by The Malay Cricket Association of Malaysia and is widely popular in cricket playing nations. This is a 50 overs format, with ICC level umpires and grounds. There would be 3 league matches proceeding to semis and finals.
The MCC team is co-sponsored by Target Hospitality and will depart from Mumbai shores on 17th Sept 2016. This looks like a very promising team with some very big names.
