Payyade Sports Club after being put to bat first at on MIG’s homeground posted a total of 227/10 in 60 overs. Openers Hersh Tank (39) and Akhil Herwadkar (64) gave a solid start to the innings but the batters below them failed to covert it into a big total. From the bowlers, Ankush Jaiswal and Shreyas Gurav were the pick of the lot with 3 wkts each.
Chasing 229, it was MIG skipper Kevin Almeida once again leading from the front smashing a brilliant 91 off 140 balls. MIG who did face a few jitters were back into the game in no time with no.6 all-rounder Balkrushna Shirke hitting a crucial 52* off 93 balls as MIG won the semi finals by 4 wkts and 8.5 overs to spare.

MCA Colts batting first at Police Gymkhana, Marine Lines were all out for 144 runs in 29.5 overs. Most of the batsman found it difficult to get going apart from Aatif Shaikh at no.9 scoring a quick 24 ball 31. From Parkophene, it was their left arm quick Royston Dias picking up 6/54 in 13 overs. Royston who also plays for Mumbai showed all his experience at a crucial stage of the tournament.
Parkophene Cricketers in reply chased down the score in 43.2 overs winning the match by 7 wkts. Opener Vikrant Auti (50 off 110) & Amogh Bhatkal (42) top scored for Parkophene in what was a comfortable win steering them into the finals of the tournament.
