Pawan Chaulkar stars in Mumbai University Inter-College Tournament

Pawan Chaulkar, the captain of Patkar Varde College, had a great outing against MMK College during the Mumbai University Inter-College tournament. Pawan opened the bowling and claimed 11/3 in 3.3 overs. He hit the right straps and bowled with a lot of consistency.

Pawan has been playing cricket for many years. He has featured in various Mumbai Cricket Association centre matches at the U12, U14, U16, and U19 levels. This pace sensation was selected by Courtney Walsh and Chetan Sharma for the Mumbai Super Pacer event (U12).

Besides, he won the best player award from Payyade Cricket Academy at the U16 level and the best fast bowler award (U19) at Payyade Trophy. He has been a part of champion teams and has made it to the semi-finals of the Madhav Mantri tournament and finals of the LNCC U22. He has also played U23 selection matches in Gujarat.

Pawan currently practises at Sanjeevani Cricket Academy, Mumbai.
