Rushikesh, Santosh & Ishan are the winners of Automotive Professional Cricket Cap Leaders for Nov 2018

The first campaign of Automotive Professional Cap Leaders saw hundreds of Doctors & Lawyers, competing to bag the coveted orange cap, purple cap and the yellow cap (most popular cricketer)

Automotive Professional Cricket Cap Leaders for the month of November were announced recently, with Doc. Rushikesh Rain securing the Orange Cap and Adv. Santosh Pawar winning the Purple Cap for their scintillating performances with bat and ball respectively. Doc. Ishan Thakkar was bestowed with the Most Popular Cricketer award, with 210 votes.

Borivali Presidents Advocates Team was proud of Santosh Pawar when he bagged the Purple Cap for scalping six wickets against Thane-C (Adv) on November 11 during the TASC Challengers Cup. The left arm medium pace bowler ended up with memorable figured of 6-19 in his three overs. He was quick and right on the money. Asking questions to the batsmen, Pawar powered his way into the match with an outstanding performance with the ball. Santosh meritoriously awarded with the Purple Cap in the Automotive Professional Cricket Cap Leaders category.

Rushikesh Rain was the in solid form when he smashed 156 runs in three matches during Shri Barku G Patil T20 League that were played on November 4, 18, and 25. Playing for Airoli Doctors Team, the right hand bat looked in a phenomenal touch and could do nothing wrong with the willow when he slammed an unbeaten 74 off just 42 balls. Rushikesh dissected the bowling attack, hitting 10 boundaries and a six during his splendid knock. Rain was the vital cog in the batting wheel of his team as he scored (37, 74*, and 45) in every fixture that he featured in.

Apart from the Orange Cap and Purple Cap, there was a unique category in the Automotive Professional Cricket Cap Leaders segment. It was the Yellow Cap, which was awarded to the Popular Cricketer of the month. Doctor. Ishan Thakkar from Malad Thungas Doctors team won the Yellow Cap (Most Popular Player) for garnering 210 votes.

All these winners will soon be awarded with mini-IPL type caps, certificates & Automotive vouchers worth Rs.2500/- which can be availed within the wide network of Automotive Maruti service centers.
