TTEN Grassroots Cricketers Association Affiliated to T 10 World Cricket Association is going to organize its first T-10 Cricket Championship from 20th September 2021 to 22nd September 2021 at Noida in Uttar Pradesh. For the promotion of T 10 format of cricket we require your contribution by participating in this event. Event will be organized in four region of India that is North, South, East and West. Send your strong team for this championship and make it grand success.

RULES AND REGULATIONS –
1) 10 overs innings should be completed in 45 mins and umpires shall make sure that the match is started and end on time. The time shall be followed by all the teams as well as umpires. There will be 2 overs deduction for the umpiring team in case of lateness.
2) After the toss exactly 45 mins will be given for each innings. Each innings will be of 45 mins and failing to complete one’s innings in the allotted time will be penalized 5 runs or opposition will be awarded 5 runs per over delayed and umpires will be the sole decider. The umpire will stop the Match in case of any delays and will end up by
playing 9 overs or 8 overs as per the time frame. The umpires will strictly monitor the timings.
3) 1 run will be implemented for both No Ball as well as Wide Ball.
4) Each bowler will bowl maximum of 2 overs.
5) In Case of match tie or drawn, Super over will come into the picture.
6) Helmet Rule shall be strictly followed and is mandatory for all 10 overs as the Ball is new and we need to take care of safety.
7) There will be only 1 drink allowed after 6 overs per innings.
8) On second Beamer the bowler is restricted to bowl the further deliveries. 1 Bouncer above the Shoulder is allowed, if it’s above the ear, the umpire shall call it as a wide ball due to consideration of injuries.

9) Umpire’s decision is the final decision, if any one argues for any decision, the umpires are liable to ban the particular person from playing the further match.
10) If any team playing with 10 players, then only one player is allowed outside the circle. If the team has 9 or less players then all of them shall be inside the circle according to fielding restrictions.
11) Players Attire / Coloured dress with colour pad / Colour pad Cover is must.
12) Compulsory Power Play of first 2 overs between (1-5 overs) and 7th over will be 1 over power play.
13) During the Power Play Maximum of 3 fielders allowed outside the 30 yards circle
14) After the Power Play finishes. There has to be a minimum of 4 fielders always inside the 30 yards circle.
15) In case, the match has started and due to some natural cause has to be stopped then the D/L method will be used only if 3 or more overs have been played, otherwise, the match will be abandoned and points will be distributed.
16) All players play at least 1 league game before Semis or Final.
17) Except above rules all other standard rules of cricket will be applicable in a match.
18) T 10 X-Factors An ‘X-Factor Player’, named as either the 12th or 13th player on the team sheet, can come into the game beyond the 5th over of the first innings and replace any player who is yet to bat, or has bowled no more than one over
19) T 10 Boost Point Rule: A total of 2 points will be awarded for every win but teams can also earn an extra Ten Boost point. This bonus point will be given at the half-way stage of the second innings if the team is above the equivalent 5-over score. If the fielding side is above, they get the extra point.
