Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA)  has Organised “Under-13 Vijay Tulpule Cup 2017 Cricket Tournament” is MCA Under 13 Club level Cricket tournament played with leather ball starting from 7th February, 2017.

RULES & REGULATIONS – 
Tournament held by “Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) ” Mumbai. The Tournament shall be played on League basis. This tournament played with leather ball. Every Teams has to be present at the ground at least 8.30 Morning before scheduled start of the match. Umpire Decision will be final and binding. Rules & Regulation of the tournament will be discussed in advance by “Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) ”. Matches will played on Weekdays. The schedule will be given in advance. The Organizers will appoint umpires & Scorer for all matches. All Matches played in Mumbai’s all gymkhana cricket ground which is come under MCA and all this matches played only in Day. Maximum points wins and net run rate will qualify for the quarter final knockout rounds. Winner Team get Trophy and Certificates and Medals.  All the selected players are requested to report at 8.30 am on match venue on match days. Players are also requested to carry their own lunch boxes on match days.

Dadar Union Cricket Club will be conducting its annual event the Vijay Tulpule Cup for Under-13 boys on 7th, 8th and 9th February 2017. Four teams namely Madhav Mantri XI, Vasu Paranjape XI, Ramnath Keni XI and Naren Tamhane XI will be in the fray. All four teams are selected by Mumbai Cricket Association’s Selection Committee. This will be the tournaments 4th edition which is a stepping stone for the upcoming talent in Mumbai.
