Anand Sharma from HDFC Bank | Winner of Zeven Batsman of the Month Award
Cricketgraph had announced its association with a promising sports brand Zeven to sponsor the best batsman from Mumbai cricket circle. The winners were to be selected from the best of the best performances in Mumbai. Cricketgraph team maintained a close track of the performances in the month of April to select the top batsman.
The shortlisted batsmen were Ajay Singh from Sony team, Avijit from Trafigura team, Chirag Kini from JSW steel team, Shushant Satam from Sanofi, Anand Sharma from HDFC team and Rohan Raje from Indian Oil cricket team.
Anand Sharma’s knock of 92 off 56 balls was chosen as the winner for his phenomenal knock against Detusche bank. Chasing a score of 145 HDFC opener batsman, Anand hit 18 fours. He scored at an unbelievable strike rate of 164. HDFC team won the match by achieving the target of 145 in 18.5 overs
