Indian Travelport beat UP Warriors, enter last four stage in Monsoon Trophy
Atul Pathak’s brilliant all-round show (40 runs, 3 wickets) and Gaurav Panwar’s 3 wickets helped Indian Travelport defeat UP Warriors easily by 30 runs and enter the semi-final of Monsoon Trophy 2015.
Atul Pathak was adjudged man of the match for his match winning effort.
Batting first, Indian Travelport posted a good total of 154/7 in their allotted 20 overs. Atul Pathak top scored with 40 and Gaurav scored 20. Tushar Saxena and Vidit Kumar picked up a couple of wickets each for UP Warriors.
In reply, UP Warriors never looked in a position to chase the total as they ended up with just 124 runs on the board. Vasu top scored with 25. Gaurav Panwar and Atul Pathak captured 3 wickets each and ensured a comprehensive victory for their team.
